Norwell equipment combines the clean aesthetics of Danish design, optimum functionality and high quality.
Designed for all ability levels and users, the equipment works with the user’s own movement, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace. All modules are grouped into 4 fitness areas:
· Strength, to work different muscle groups,
· Balance, to improve movement coordination,
· Cardiovascular fitness, to develop endurance and physical condition,
· Flexibility, to stretch the body and muscles.
The main design inspiration is the curve. It creates lightness and transparency in the shape of the structure, allowing harmonious integration into any environment.
THE NORWELL APP
The first of its kind, the Norwell smartphone app combines new technology and exercise to make fitness fun and motivating.
With the app, you can:
· Keep track of the number of sets, distances and time on each piece of equipment
· Collect and combine statistics for each team and group
· Share your results on Facebook
· Get instructions and training examples for each piece of equipment
· Find the nearest Norwell park using GPS.
The Norwell app is available on iPod Touch, iPhone and Android.
QR codes, a source of inspiration
The ID strip on each fitness structure does more than display its pictogram.
It also contains a QR code that automatically links to the training videos on our website. The videos suggest different exercises for each structure.
They can provide inspiration to help you get the most from your efforts and even create your own training programme.
